Trace the vector-and-bivector thick part, both main formulations, nondivergence, retained-set construction, initial transverse dimension, the three growth branches and final equidistribution input. Read the two curve applications separately. Record all quantifiers, exponents, centered-interval and norm conventions. Distinguish exact identities from approximation estimates.

For each claim, identify its hypotheses, intended proof inputs, source locations, checked calculations and remaining questions. The external-input cutoff is 26 September 2022, the received date. Identify the exact pre-cutoff version supplying each external input.
